Data protection training for the Public Sector

The public sector are under a legal duty to train their staff in data protection and information governance - but who said that it had to be hard work or painful?

No matter how much data you hold or how little or how often you process it, if you are in the public sector and handle data you must appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Our data protection and GDPR training sessions are much more than just about training people to fufill legal obligations.

Whether you are a novice or an expert, we want our students to be engaged, enthused and passionate. We do not just focus on knowledge transfer, but culture development, employee buy-in and relationship building.

Courses and workshops available:

  • E-learning
  • GDPR Awareness (public & onsite delivery)
  • Data protection & information governance
  • Certified training
  • Bespoke courses and workshops to meet your specific requirements

I had not used Griffin House Consultancy before and I did some web research to see who was out there to provide in house GDPR training.

I found the email and telephone interaction with Griffin House very professional and 'took a chance' on engaging them. The Trainer had an encyclopedic knowledge of data protection and associated legislation. He made a dull subject very lively and the group participated and engaged with him. As the organizer of the training I have had some great feedback already and
people have asked if we can get Mike back for further sessions.
